Sacred Sand Mandala
Tibetan monks return, for the third time in a decade to create the Sand Mandala of Medicine Buddha, the manifestation of the healing aspects of all enlightened beings.
Saturday 11th August at 11am: Powhiri and opening ceremony;
An evening public talk: with Geshe Thinley at 7pm;
Thursday 23rd August at 7pm: Medicine Buddha empowerment blessing with Ven. Geshe Sangey Thinley;
Sunday 26th August at 2pm: Powhiri and closing ceremony.
Daily exhibit hours 9:30am-5pm daily.
Daily powhiri at 11am.
