{Suite} Gallery presents new work by Whanganui-based artist Brit Bunkley. The exhibition will include video work and sculptures that reflect flight in its many guises. Bunkley casts ceramic angels, birds, cherubs and honey bee sculptures in clear resin, making the winged creatures appear suspended or floating.

These whimsical apocalyptic tableaus are inspired by the art-house horror movie genre that includes such films as Lars von Trier's Antichrist and Herzog's Nosferatu.
