Welcome Warren Turnbull, Head Chef & Owner of two of Sydney's hottest restaurants - 'District Dining' & fine dining staple 'Assiette' in Sydney and 'District Dining' & 'Mexico' in Britomart, Auckland. Warren was also an official ambassador for the Cloud during the RWC and is acclaimed as being one of the most successful Kiwi expats in the culinary world with Assiette receiving numerous accolades and awards and held a prestigious Sydney Morning Herald Chef's Hat for its first three years, earning a second hat in 2009. It has also been ranked in Australian Gourmet Traveller's Top 100 Australian Restaurants for four years.
The Brigade 6 was amassed as a brainchild/concept of Japanese culinary sensation, Sachie Nomura they are looking to revolutionise the foodie scene by running a series of boutique fully-hands-on cooking classes where foodies can attain a guest 'Black Belt' in Asian cooking. All members of the Brigade are current Finalists or Winners of awards in the 2011 NZ or Australian

Warren is doing 5 classes each only as he 'cooks around the Orient' - his special interpretations of Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese & Malaysian. Places are extremely exclusive so participants be fully hands-on and have intimate time with each chef (so they can ask for those secret tips!) - 16 per class only.
