Boxing Day at the Races at Awapuni Racecourse

The Manawatu Standard Boxing Day Races is a big affair at Palmerston North.

Join us for loads of fun, lots of very exciting horse racing, some brilliant on course entertainment - such as the Inspire Net Undie 500, yes thats right the Undie 500, a sprint down the home straight. Inspire Net have offered up a couple of MP 3 players for the fastest Lady and guy home!!.

Loads of kids entertainment, plenty of food and refreshments.

There's a pony race, and get dressed up and win some great prizes in the Wacky Dress Competition.

Buses depart from the Beer Barrel in Palmerston North every half hour from 10.30am to midday. Then returning after the last race.

First race is midday and the last race is 5.05pm.

Strictly no BYO permitted.
