3 dance classes in one night:
6:30pm-7:30pm Modern belly dance = veil choreographed dance.
8-week course, beginner - intermediate level.
7:30pm-8:30pm Modern Bollywood choreographed dance.
8 week course, intermediate + level.
Performers' class: Chinese double silk fans, Egyptian Isis wings:
8.30pm - 9pm, Learn a short choreographed double silk fan dance routine, plus get to learn the other dances in preparation for performances, some may be professional. This is for dancers with a minimum of 3 years experience, have performance experienced, & can occasionally dance in the front row without the instructor in front of them. There are position changes on the stage. Dancers also need to come every week & be prepared to buy or make their own costumes if they can't find a dressmaker. We will be as resourceful as possible to avoid high costs, as the main aim for this club is to perform & have fun, rather than be competitive.
This is a 7 week course commencing 10th May, finishing 29th June.
17th May the hall is closed for use, & it will be our night off.
