With instructor Timothy Gordon, inform and polish your ballet technique and develop the aesthetic and clarity of focus necessary for an international delivery of the vocabulary and art of classical dance.
These coaching classes may or may not be supplementary to the student's regular study. The teaching will not be determined by a syllabus construction but rather will be based on international ballet training methodologies with the main emphasis on the Russian system.
These series are designed for all students, dancers and teachers.
Series 3: Jumping – ballon an ariel dance
Lesson 1: Saturday, 18 February 2:00-3:15pm
Temps leve, petit changement de pieds, grand changement de pied, changement de pied en tournant, pas echappe, grand echappe, grand echappe en tournant.
Lesson 2: Sunday, 19 February 2:00-3:15pm
Pas assemble, assemble porte, double assemble, grand assemble, grand assemble en tournant
Lesson 3: Saturday, 25 February 2:00-3:15pm
Pas jete, petit jete, petit jete porte, petit jete ferme, petit jete en tournant, grand jete from 5th position and step coupe
Lesson 4: Sunday, 26 February 2:00-3:15pm
Jete fondu, jete passé, petit jete passé en arriere, jete passé en avant, jete passé to arabesque and efface poses
