Auckland NZ House & Garden Tour 2012

The NZ House & Garden Tours return to Auckland in 2012! This hugely successful fundraising event, now in its fourth year, gives you the chance to take a peek inside some of the city’s most spectacular homes and gardens, all in aid of two very special charities.

This year’s Auckland tour includes an eclectic mix of homes from Mt Eden, Epsom and Parnell to the eastern suburbs. It will open the doors on some of the city’s most interesting and inspiring properties, many of which have never been opened to the public before.

Auckland joins Kapiti Coast, Canterbury and Queenstown Lakes for the national NZ House & Garden Tours, which take place during March.

This unique fundraising event aims to raise more than $200,000 for The Cancer Society of New Zealand and Look Good Feel Better charities to help reduce the incidence and impact of cancer, as well as promote the confidence and well-being of women currently undergoing treatment. All proceeds received are being allocated to the six regional divisions of The Cancer Society of New Zealand and the regional branches of Look Good Feel Better, according to where the ticket purchasers live. This allows everyone who supports the event to help people affected by cancer in their own community.
