The Allergy NZ Birthday Bash is an annual event for the Auckland allergy community. It is a day where members, their families and friends can come together to celebrate Allergy New Zealand’s birthday in an allergen safe environment.

Hosted by ‘The Breeze’ radio DJ Robert Scott, the event includes music and entertainment throughout the day along with allergy friendly food and product stalls including The Gluten Free Grocer, Nice Blocks, Love Cake and Kettle Korn.

There will be games, a bouncy castle, face painting and Fairy Dee performance for the children (Fairy Dee is allergic to fairy dust!).

A ‘silent auction’ is also being held in the hall with prizes ranging from a McDonalds Birthday Party for 10 children and vouchers for swimming lessons, to wine, a Placemakers voucher, Vada hairdressing voucher, Ecostore hamper and more.

All funds raised from the event will go towards Allergy NZ’s anaphylaxis education program and the campaign for auto-injector funding.
