Four hours from Palmerston North to Ohakea is absolutely rubbish. Traffic management was non existent and every idiot was left to their own devices. Where do I apply for a refund.

We had the worst experience due to the traffic. Drove all the way from New Plymouth and made it to Bulls at 2PM. Due to the backlog of traffic and being advised we were at least half an hour away from destination due to bad traffic management, we had to turn around. A waste of $30 family ticket and $70 in diesel. Not to mention the fact we had 3 very well toilet trained kids bursting at the seam! Very upset and disappointing. I have taken photos and will be requesting a refund

My wife and I, along with the others in the van we were travelling in, would have liked to attended the show. However, after being in a barely moving queue for over 3 hours we reached a road junction where we were advised that we were still 1.5 hours (at least) from the base. This would have had our arrival time on base at 2.00pm and the show finished at 3.15pm. At that point we turned left, instead of right and returned to Wellington. Very disappointed with the traffic management for this event.
