Aging well is something most women are interested in, what matters is finding out what it means to you!
Women universally experience a time of personal evolution during midlife and menopause. A generation of women aged 40-60+ are pioneering new models for their relationships, health, personal and professional well-being.
This popular research based course is an invitation to come and feel supported in exploring questions and answers that are relevant for you. Topics included are always tailored to meet the needs and interests of the women who attend: Natural approaches to making peace with hormones • Understanding why relationships change in the 2nd half of a woman’s life. What it means to our health to keep expanding our capacity for creativity and joy. The gift of owning your vocation vs simply working at a job • Body image and beauty no matter how young you are.
