Timothy Gordon provides beginners' level ballet class in 4-week courses on Mondays.

Basic classical preparations, positions and simple movements integrating principles of posture, coordination, pressure and resistance to enhance grace and to facilitate clear and specific directions on the spatial floor.

Objectives: to develop poise and coordination, strength and flexibility in movement.
