2012 Italian Film festival

Welcome, benvenuti to the 2012 Italian Film festival.

We are pleased to announce the screening dates and locations of the 2012 edition of the festival, New Zealand’s 17th consecutive event. These are detailed below. The period the festival screens in each city is similar to 2011, so organise your schedule as you do each year to keep that period as free as possible.

I am very pleased to say that this year there are no changes to the screening locations of 2011. That is very welcome news for the festival with a number of changes over the past two years. We also welcome Hamilton back as a screening location in 2012. The festival will screen at the beautiful Lido Cinema in the centre of the city.

If you would like to receive notification of future updates, such as film details and location times please complete the small number of details requested on the festival's web site registration page. If you did that in previous years, you do not need to do it again. All those who newly register go in the draw for 2 opening night tickets, including the post-movie gala celebration, in their city of choice.

The announcement of the films with screenings schedules will be made in August.
