Cantabrians are invited to take a different view of the planet during their lunch hour on Tues 13 and Wednesday 14 September.

Conservation organisation WWF is running free short talks and tours of the breath-taking ‘Earth from Above’ photography exhibition

“It’s a chance for people to find out more about the natural world portrayed in these amazing photos, and about humanity’s impact on the planet,” said Lee Barry, WWF Climate Change campaigner and production manager of the Earth from Above exhibit in Christchurch.

The talks take place during Conservation Week and are part of WWF’s global 50th anniversary celebrations.

The jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring ‘Earth from Above’ aerial shots by photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand are exhibited as part of the Christchurch Arts Festival until 2 October.

Meeting at the Armagh St gates to Hagley Park.
