The Last Minute Chrissy Market is located outdoors next to the Dome as part of A Very Christchurch Christmas mini-festival.

The market stalls will include a selection of groovy, quality and affordable craft stalls to tick those last-minute-shopping boxes, make-your-own Secret Santa pressies, local preserves, kites, and when you're ready for a breather, Torlesse Wines tastings and cellar door bottle sales.

The Kite Shop are coming with New Zealand's best selection of kites (the new wave craze for making the most of our city's recently acquired abundance of open spaces?), and you can have a go in the field... lots of space!

Market cancelled if wet.

Happening same time in the Events Village:

- The Wonky Donkey Picnic (11am - 1.30pm) - pack a picnic and park yourself up for some musical fun with the kids listening to Craig Smith (music for young and old). Free bouncy castle, facepainting, donkey rides.

- My Own Wee Very Christchurch Christmas (10am-10.30am & 11am-11.30am) - NZ Music Awards finalists (Best Folk Album 2009) Emeralds & Greenstone present a short concert for littlies (and the big people who love them).
