The Spoilers of Utopia Brass Band + k5k and the perfect pop song.

Performing in the Spoilers brass band will be:

The Spoilers of Utopia Brass Band has been formed (initially at least) to present brass band arrangements of tunes by the American free jazz icon Albert Ayler. On Tuesday, the spoilers will also present music of the Salvation Army, Tongan anthems and profane melodies as well.

This project seeks to re-imagine other (mostly) evangelical brass music with Albert Ayler's approach to arranging as a guide.

K5K (aka Len)
"Currently part of Beard & Tumour (www.hardoutfeelings.com) and formerly of Anti-Kati. K5K will attempt, using extremely distorted guitars, too many effects, and unprogrammed drum machines, all plugged in wrongly and dangerously, to create a perfect pop song! Stakes are high, the risk is great.
