Ngaire will help you prepare for the unique challenge of being a first time parent. Answering the question - What happens after the birth? Increasing confidence and ensuring realistic expectations for the first three months of parenthood. Helping to avoid post natal depression and starting your journey as parents on the right footing.
Nettie will talk about the reality of having a baby and how it can sometimes be far from what we imagined - practically and also emotionally. She will talk about the emotional journey of mother and baby, why this relationship is so significant, what can get in the way and what can nurture this early bond.
