The annual Blessing of the Animals service will be preceeded by The Great Animal Walk which will start from Queen Elizabeth Square in downtown Auckland.
We ask that everyone who wishes to participate in the walk, please assemble in the square at 12pm. We will then start the walk promptly at 12:15.
The service will commence at St Matthew in the City at 1pm, once everyone is seated in the church.
Please note that all dogs and larger animals must be on a lead, with smaller animals suitably contained. Plastic bags or pooper scoopers are essential accessories.
