Hekama Creative and Q presents Souled Out!
Q, Auckland's newest space for the arts, your meeting place with friends, the home of live performance at 305 Queen Street.
On the 29th of October in association with Hekama Creative, Q will be bringing you 'Souled Out'. A night filled vinyl goodness to sustain your thirst and need for soul, jazz, R&B and modern soul.
Two DJs Matene Karena (host of Kfm's show 'Shaken not Stirred' Wed 6-8) and Campbell Ngata (a very seasoned collector with one of the most expansive soul collections this side of the hemisphere). Both DJs will be dropping some rare soul and jazzy goodness perfectly suited for Q's dance floor.
So come down meet the Bar Manager Laura at Citizen Q who is one New Zealand's leading mixologists. Her bar has an eclectic drinks menu includes boutique wines from all over New Zealand, artisan beers and specially designed cocktails unique to Q. You can also accompany your drink with a little something from the small plate menu or perhaps indulge in a cheese board.
