There are six events this summer, and at each event there are three different races with different distance and options that should suit everyone from the absolute beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Walkers are welcome and encouraged to enter. This series is recommended for anyone aged 13 years and over. You can do the event as an individual or if that seems a bit much, get a friend and do it as a team. You could even get two friends and really have a fun and relaxed day out there.

Watt Insurance Triathlon (enter on the day):
- 200m swim;
- 14km cycle;
- 2km run/walk.

Avanti Plus Hastings Triathlon (enter on the day):
- 750m swim;
- 21km cycle;
- 4.5km run/walk.

Blueseventy Standard Distance Triathlon (pre-entries only):
- 1500m swim;
- 42km cycle;
- 9km run.

Registration is at the race venue from 9am. Enter on the day, and no need to make up your mind until race morning.
