On the go? Healium's evening yoga classes are 45 minutes long: complete strengthening and stretching workouts that are fast, invigorating, and a great way to end your work day.
We love beginners! All classes are all-levels and prenatal appropriate and are led by certified instructors Jenifer Parker (Tue - Thu) and Elissa Jordan (Mon). They provide gentle assists and modifications to make sure you're strong and safely aligned in every posture.
