Finding Flavour: French Market Shop, Cooking Class and Lunch

Spend the day in the French style! We start the day with shopping at a French-style food market. Then we relocate to the test kitchen of Dish magazine in Parnell to participate in a cooking class with chef/food writer Sarah La Touche. We will sit down together to enjoy our cooked lunch - along with a glass of wine, mais oui!

This event has an early start of 8:30am and finishes at 2:30pm approx. This "Market to Table" experience includes market shopping with chef Sarah La Touche, morning coffee, cooking class, delicious lunch accompanied by a glass of wine. Own transportation is required. The cost for this wonderful day is $185 per person.

About Sarah: Sarah and her husband Denis lived in France for many years and ran the guest house and cooking school "Les Mimosas" in Languedoc. She is a contributor to Dish magazine and has a regular column in Waiheke Island's Gulf News. She has recently graduated with a degree in Nutrition.
