Love is the answer, whatever the question. During this workshop we will explore some of the issues that can make being the parent of a teenager so difficult.

- Investigate strategies to build bridges and to develop trust.
- Learn and practice effective ways of communicating with teenagers.
- Establish support networks for when it all gets too tough.

It is incredibly difficult to be a teenager in today's world, and we as parents need all the skills we can get to help them through this difficult transitional period. Share this day with others in the same situation as you, and together we will endeavour to create solutions and support to make the parenting role easier and more enjoyable.
