Weekends in winter are a great time to catch up with friends, grab some refreshments and enjoy spending some quality time over a relaxed lunch. In this course learn new ideas and make delicious modern recipes to delight your guests. All recipes use seasonal produce and won't take too long to put together - just perfect! Participants can have input to the kind of recipes taught but some examples could be: chunky chowders, fritters, warm salads, stuffed vegies and crepes or open pastas - join now and get those taste sensations going!
