From 'mind-less eating' to 'self-starvation', these issues rarely have anything to do with our intake of food and everything to do with the emotions and feelings behind our reasons for eating (or not eating) the food that we do. Food itself is not the enemy. More often than not, the 'enemy' is our thoughts, our feelings and our beliefs that cause us to develop an unhealthy relationship towards food.

In this course you will:
- Learn to recognise the thoughts and feelings behind your eating patterns.
- Develop strategies to prevent 'mindless eating' and to break bad eating habits.
- Create a healthy eating plan and a support network to assist you in maintaining this.
- Once your thoughts and emotions are in balance, so too will be your eating habits. With an empowered and wholesome eating plan in place, you will find that cravings will be eliminated and your weight will stabilise.
