Presented by Mario Maiolo, direct from America.

A brassy, upbeat 1940s all-American musical revue featuring the blistering, thirteen-piece String of Pearls Big Band Orchestra, and In the Mood singers and swing dancers from New York, belting out an authentic score of over 50 hits live on stage.

The 1940s was a time when America was in tune with sentimental ballads and up-tempo swing jazz rhythms, where the waltz and fox trot competed with the wild, acrobatic jitterbug, jive and boogie woogie crazed Hepcats crowding the ballroom dance floors.

In the Mood recreates this defining era, and is much more than a concert with a hypnotic big band, sizzling choreography, sassy costumes and unforgettable songs which continue to inspire generations: Chattanooga Choo Choo, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy (of Company B), In The Mood, Tuxedo Junction, Sing, Sing, Sing and much more.

Selected by World USO as an official entertainment for the 50th Commemoration of World War II, other In the Mood highlights include as the National Touring Event for the year-long celebration, Spirit of ’45 (marking the 65th anniversary of the end of WWII) and an inauguration for President Bill Clinton.

Now in their eighteenth season of sold out performances exciting audiences across the United States, Canada and Europe, In the Mood is honoured to be making their down under tour debut and thrilled their dance card includes a Hamilton performance.

If you're In the Mood for a sensational all singing, all dancing nostalgic journey through the music which guided a nation's spirit towards hope, promise and prosperity, book now!
