Mother & Daughter Cooking Demonstration

There's something unique and special about the bond between mothers and daughters. Come and enjoy a special night out together as Michelle shares some tips and tricks on cooking for special occasions. The cooking demonstration will teach you how to cook a healthy breakfast for family and friends, making a simple mid-week meal for mum and the secrets of icing and holding a high tea for all of your girlfriends. Iced tea will be served on arrival and the evening will conclude with a hot cup of tea and a cupcake. This is a fantastic opportunity for mums and daughters (10 years and older) to learn about mastering some basics in the kitchen and learning some 'tricks of the trade'.

Michelle Pattison:
As well as being a chef Michelle is a wife and mother of two teenage boys. She feels privileged to have grown up in a family with a long line of great cooks. Michelle has worked with people like Annabel Langbein and catered for corporate groups and sports teams like the Warriors. Michelle's passionate about cooking and helping others to 'think' before you cook so you can 'enjoy' your guests when they come for dinner, knowing that all the fuss has been taken care of.
