Learn a fantastic 10 minute massage routine taught through visual aids and story that can be incorporated into your family life! Enhance the bonds within your family, create a calm environment and help manage stress in our busy, modern lives. The routine is on head, shoulders, arms and back, fully clothed, no special oils or equipment needed. Endorsed as a Massage Programme in Schools in the UK with the Ministry of Education and the Anti - Bullying Alliance. For parents and children aged 4-10 years old.
