The Auckland Quiltmakers was set up 12 years ago with the aims of increasing the awareness of quilting and promoting it as an accessible art form.

Many of the 35 artists push the boundaries of traditional work and bring new and exciting concepts to their projects, producing a wide range of work from wall hangings to bed quilts.
