The Gala Dinner boasts a line up of extraordinary chefs who have all made their mark on New Zealand’s culinary scene. Join us for an evening of fabulous food, accompanied by fine wine and entertainment. Diners will enjoy a nine-course degustation menu, with each course crafted by a different chef, and matched with excellent local and New Zealand wines.
Returning again this year to be part of the Gala Dinner are Tina Duncan (White Tie Catering), Nik Mavromatis (Med Foods), Jonny Schwass (Restaurant Schwass), Mike Dulin (Sweet Kitchen), Bridget O’Sullivan & Amanda McBeath (J’aime Les Macarons) and Jamie Bennett & Sam Marchant (Riccarton House Bistro). This year we would like to welcome head chefs Mauro Battaglia of Tiffanys restaurant, and Shawn McGowan of Pegasus Bay Winery.
