The Press Festival of Ideas.

Popular travel writer, columnist and Lyttelton resident Joe Bennett says his dog teaches him all he really needs to know in life; renowned financial journalist Rod Oram says data does it for him. So what do their life-guides tell them about the future of Christchurch? Come to hear the dog and data spar over our city. Should we turn the CBD into a very large dairy farm? Is the city really the nerve centre of Canterbury’s farming industry? The discussion is sure to range over town and country and beyond as these two commentators debate their way through the tangled thickets, and up and down the by-ways and highways of insight, opinion and dogged argument!

Held at the TelstraClear Club, North Hagley Park Events Village.
