Chefs and food critics go head to head in this fun (yet serious) competition. Diners will be treated to six small courses, two entrees, two mains and two desserts, and will have the chance to vote for the best team with awards going to most creative and overall best dish.

Teams all have the same guidelines they need to work around:

Entree - Italian
Main - salmon
Dessert - chocolate or fruit

MC for the evening, Joe Bennett is outrageous. Joe is a newspaper columnist and a respected author. He has twice been voted columnist of the year at Qantas Media Awards. Joe will keep the evening moving with his own special form of wit.
