Emerging and established talents from five different creative fields come together in a one hour collaborative display that is sure to leave even the most cynical amongst us uplifted.
A multimedia collaboration of epic proportions. Featuring Etched Dance Productions, The Literatti, live musicians John McNabb, Paul Williams and Rod Redgrave, and moving image created by the public.
Dance, film, live music and performance poetry are interwoven to tell the story of eight characters as they navigate their way through life and rethink their possible worlds.
Tickets from www.theliteratti.com or on the door.
Which reTHiNK Character are you?
- A searcher;
- A seer;
- A thinker;
- An inventor;
- A translator;
- A rebel;
- A visionary;
- A survivor.
Three shows across two nights! Get some culture and then catch the game: All shows scheduled to finish in plenty of time for the rugby.
The Literatti are the proud recipients of a reThink grant from Like Minds Like Mine at Mind and Body Consultants, to use creativity to help reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental 'illness' in Auckland.
Members of the public were invited to create their own video responses to the theme "we are all human beings navigating the maze of life." The best submissions will open the reThink Possible Worlds shows at Galatos in Mental Health Awareness Week.
