Pirates once roamed our seas, but do they still exist? With our stamp and discover “Fact or Fiction” treasure hunt you can learn about real pirates – who they are, their history and what they really do...

You can also make your own 3D pirate ship or pirate hat, meet our friendly pirate, dig for treasure, plus much more!

For Auckland residents (with proof of address), children pay only $5 to participate in all activities, with accompanying adults free. For non-Auckland residents, holiday activities are included in museum admission.

Ted Ashby harbour sailings also available at an additional cost.
