The Pipi Pickers play hard driven Bluegrass that's guaranteed to raise your spirits, and the roof. Led by Jenine Aberbanel with her excellent double bass playing and powerful vocals they produce a rich wall of sound. Nat Torkington has been described as arguably the best 5 string banjo player in New Zealand. Barry Torkington brings a classic flat picking powerhouse guitar. And the whole package is rounded out by the multi-talented Garry Bigwood on guitar mandolin and vocals.
