This event will showcase some of our region’s diverse ethnic communities, and its proud Maori heritage. The Square, located in Central Palmerston North, provides a great venue for you to experience the legendary hospitality and culture of the Rangitaane Maori, discover the region's customs and cultures and sample the sights, sounds, flavours and colours of the Manawatu.

Based on the success of a similar annual event - Festival of Cultures - The Square will transform into a myriad of food, arts, crafts, performances, workshops, traditional costumes and ceremonies of a variety of cultures.

We are delighted to announce the main act for the day is Sola Rosa.
