The Masked Parade opens the Nelson Arts Festival with an explosion of colour, music and performance in mask, themed to the Playful Pacific. It launches 17 days of music, theatre, dance, comedy, reading, writers and community events. This year the festival is bigger and better than ever, as we showcase the arts to Rugby World Cup visitors.
