Oceanz is New Zealand's only dedicated diving conference & exhibition. Combining influential guest speakers with dedicated exhibitions and demonstrations, it will have something for everyone who has an interest in the sea, marine life, exploration, taking photos or simply catching crayfish! For those who are really keen, diving trips will be organised in the stunning Bay of Plenty.

Our exhibition has over 30 nationwide and international exhibitors ranging from travel & destinations, equipment, spearfishing magazines, compressors, wetsuits/drysuits, universities, government, associations, conservationists, underwater photography + more.

Running alongside the event is the Oceanz Underwater Photo Competition. This will showcase the very best in NZ's underwater photography and the top photos will be displayed at the event in the large Oceanz gallery to be judged by the public.

The gala dinner and awards ceremony will be the highlight of the event with more presentations, awards and a charity auction. A great way to network, catch up with old buddies, organise the next trip or meet some of the industry and speakers.

The shipwreck exhibition will showcase artifacts recovered from many NZ shipwrecks over the years, including the RMS Niagara and Mikhail Lermontov.
