Have you ever met anyone who hasn't liked a delicious homemade pie, summer or winter? Pies are delicious served with a lovely summer salad or hot seasonal vegetables. Individual or family homemade pies are tasty and satisfying, simple to make and enjoy. The richness of a crust joined with tasty fillings such as creamy salmon and asparagus, country style chicken and tarragon or perhaps lamb, rosemary and garlic or beef, balsamic and tomato will tempt you! Pies are great served warm or to take on a picnic and lots of ideas and options are be given in this course.
