Make hand-crafted specialty chocolates that can cost up to $2 each to give, share or treat yourself at home. Work with chocolate compound correctly, make delicious truffles with a variety of special soft centre fillings, and make a range of specialty handmade chocolates. These chocolates made 'especially by you' will be treasured by everyone at Christmas or any occasion.
