In this course you will learn all basic skills in piping and icing techniques. You learn to cook, level and cover five small cakes with fondant icing, and then decorate with an emphasis on Christmas. These mini cakes will make perfect gifts.
Use different techniques taught to turn each cake into a 'masterpiece'. Make icing bags, cake boards, roses & leaves, learn flood work, embroidery, extensions and fondant frills.
