Based in the Kapiti/Horowhenua region with its perfect combination of mountains and rivers the Big Bang Adventure Race will take you through some of the best scenery this region has to offer.
In teams of 2 or 4 mixed or single gender, you will cover approximately 30-50km in a time of between 5-7 hours. The course will include mountain biking, hiking, tubing, navigation, team building and some surprise activities along the way. You will complete the race by passing through check points and transition areas where you will prepare for a change of discipline, re-fuel for the next stage and continue on to the finish line and a well earned rest!
