11.30am - Demonstration - Unearthing the Taste of the Past: heirloom cooking demonstrations.
1.30pm - Talk - Finishing Touch: herbs - not just a pretty garnish.
In between these free activities there will be breaks to enjoy the gardens, browse plant and book sales and take refreshments.
