Celebrate Christmas with your littlie at this very special concert created for littlies (and the big people who love them) presented by NZ Music Awards finalists (Best Folk Album 2009) Emeralds & Greenstone.

There will be lots of interesting instruments for the littlies to see and hear, and songs will include some favourite Christmas carols!

There are two sessions: 10am - 10.30am, and 11am - 11.30am.

Emeralds & Greenstone are a Christchurch-based band whose debut self-titled album was a finalist in the 2009 NZ Music Awards (Folk Album of the Year). Their music is a spellbinding fusion of Maori and Celtic musical traditions, and instruments include vocals, guitars, bodhran (Irish drum), Irish whistle, Irish wooden flute, keyboard, taona puoro (traditional Maori instruments), dulcimer, ukulele, and bass.
