Delicious recipes inspired by the Middle East. Prepare two new dishes each week, suitable for family entertaining or to take as your contribution for a potluck dinner. Please bring $20 to the tutor for all ingredients on the first night and each week bring an apron, dishcloth, tea towel, and a container to take your food home.
