We invite you to join us in a weekend of beautiful music-making. Our annual fixture with the Devonport Chamber Orchestra will take place, first in Howick, which will be a full programme with interval, then in Devonport the following day, which fits into the DCO calendar of events. The Howick concert will support Seasons Grief and Loss programme for Young People.

This year we will have a focus on Felix Mendelssohn Bartoldy's music, including the beautiful and well-known Hear My Prayer, a cantata for soloists, choir and orchestra. The Devonport Chamber Orchestra will also be performing the Hebrides Overture with conductor Steven Rapana, who will sing as tenor soloist with the choir in other pieces. Soprano soloists include Sheridan Williams, Diana Williams Rhodes and young newcomer Brooke van Velden.
