The Michael Park School Summer Fair is a traditional fair with magical children's games, live music, hand-made craft, unique stalls and delicious food.

Highlights for all foodies include our fully organic sausage sizzle and the vegetarian café making delicious organic vegetarian and vegan food.

Be in quick to our ‘world famous’ in Ellerslie cake stall for real home made baking, chutneys, pickles and home grown produce.

This year we are very excited one of our school parents, Peter Chaplin, the ‘rock star’ of vegetarian cooking in NZ and his company Musical Knives will be supporting our Tastebuds Café with Mexican-themed vegetarian food.

There is a wide range of magical children’s games for all ages including the King's Challenge, Castle Siege and Fairy Tail Children’s obstacle course. Also there is the Fairy Queen and Dragon Story to visit and the lucky dip of hand-crafted ‘surprises’ and so much more.

The Michael Park School Book Fair is run in conjunction with the fair and will have hundreds of second hand books available for sale – a big thrill for dedicated bookies!

We have 85 commercial stall holders on the day with a strong focus on NZ hand made and crafted product.

Michael Park School is a Steiner school and there is a display of student work and information about Steiner education available on the day.
