If you have an idea and want to turn it into a successful business, this course is for you. You will cover the key concepts of running a successful business including designing an effective business plan, legal requirements, marketing your business, managing your finances and staffing issues.
Tutor Diana Sharma (Post Grad. Dip. Bus.) is employed by Unitec to work with businesses to improve their performance by identifying training needs of the business owner(s). Bookings close a week before start date.
Term 2 starts on Tue 24 May 2011 and runs for 5 Tuesdays from 7.00-9.00 pm.
