The New Zealand Guild of Food Writers presents a very special evening with the world authority on Indian cooking, Madhur Jaffrey.

A celebrated author, presenter and cook, Jaffrey is known around the world for her unrivalled passion for Indian cuisine.

Join the spice queen herself as she shares stories and knowledge gained during a feted career spent exploring the depth and diversity of Asian cooking.

Enjoy a degustation menu of regional flavours from Asia’s most colourful continent featuring classic dishes such as Moghlai chicken kebabs and Kerala style bhuna lamb.

Tickets: $95 incl. GST per person, available for purchase through hotel reception – 04 499 9500.

Tickets include pre-dinner drink and light snacks on arrival, dinner and beverages (wine/beer/non-alcoholic) at the table.
