A play by Bob Larbey.
Cooper and Aylott are two elderly gentlemen who are spending their declining years in the Levin Home for War Veterans. Together they face the challenges posed by the ageing process - the forgetfulness and the physical deterioration. Cooper also has to endure monthly visits from his daughter, Julia, and her henpecked husband, Peter.
In such restrictive circumstances, it is the little things that make life for the two old friends more bearable, such as trying to recall the name of the eleventh man in an old cricket team.
We look forward to welcoming you to this heart-warming comedy. It’s lively, funny and sad as friendship, family and love are put under the spotlight.
“It lifts the spirits and reinforces our humanity” - The Daily Mail.
Held at the Cochran Hall, Cashmere Ave School.
