Help, I've Got Teenagers!

Presented by John Cowan - Parenting teenagers is often likened to white-water rafting - sometimes scary - sometimes exhilarating! Many parents consider parenting teenagers the most challenging task they have ever tackled; but they can also be the best years of your life.

We all survived (more or less!) our own teenage years, but the modern world has many social challenges that didn't even exist when we were teenagers; the internet, cell phones, the prevalence and variety of drugs, and media, which pushes in-your-face sexuality to a younger and younger audience.

The seminar content ranges from how to talk with your teenager right through to dealing with full-on teenage rebellion and aggression. It helps you understand them, communicate with them and give them the love and limits that will get them through their teenage years.
